FOOD BANK
First Sundays: Every first Sunday of the month, bring your non-perishable food donations to church and deposit them in the collection bin located in the Narthex. They will be delivered to the Coalition for Human Care.
HOPE ACADEMY
Third Sundays: Every third Sunday of the month, bring bags of fresh fruit (apples, bananas, tangerines, grapes) and deposit them in the collection bin located in the Narthex. These are delivered to the North Moore Family Resource Center and served throughout the coming week as healthy snacks for the pre-school children at Hope Academy.
MOORE COUNTY LITERACY COUNCIL
Weekly: Contribute new or gently used children’s books to restock mini Free Libraries throughout the County. Collection bin is located in the Narthex.
FAMILY PROMISE OF MOORE COUNTY
Weekly: Toiletries, diapers and clothing (baby, child and adult sizes) to be distributed to homeless women and children staying in temporary shelter. On the table in the Narthex there is a collection basket for the small tubes of toothpaste and sample-size lotions. For larger items, find the bin in the Narthex.
HABITAT FOR HUMANITY RESTORE
As needed: A wide variety of items, including building materials, are accepted. Occasionally the ReStore truck is on site during church clean-up days for donations. Drop off at the Sandhills ReStore location or call for pick-up of larger items.
